How are credits charged?+

Standard text translation and OCR scan translation both show an estimated credit cost before the task starts.

What happens after I pay?+

Credits are added to your signed-in account. Go back to the translator, upload a PDF, choose standard text translation or OCR scan translation, and start the job.

Are my PDF files safe?+

Files are processed through the server-side translation workflow and stored only as needed for upload, task status, and download. Use OCR only when you need scanned-page recognition.

Do credit packs expire?+

The one-time credit packs are configured with no expiry. Subscription credits follow the plan validity shown on the card.

Can I translate scanned PDFs?+

Yes. Choose OCR scan translation for scanned documents or image-only pages. For normal selectable-text PDFs, standard text translation is faster and cheaper.

Can I upgrade later?+

Yes. You can start with Lite or a credit pack and move to a larger plan when your document volume grows.
