Merge PDF

Combine multiple PDF files in the order you selected them.

Merge and translate the full PDF

Combine every part before you translate

Use Merge PDF when a translation project is split across chapters, appendices, signed pages, invoices, or supporting attachments. Merging first gives the translator one complete document to process and makes the final translated file easier to review as a single package.

Privacy, limits, and review notes

  • Encrypted or damaged PDFs may need to be unlocked or repaired before merging.
  • The merge order follows the selected file list, so verify the order before processing.
  • Very large files depend on browser memory and may be smoother after compression.

FAQ

Common questions before translation

Is Merge PDF processed locally?

Yes. The merge operation runs in your browser. The merged file is only uploaded later if you choose to translate it.

Can I merge PDFs before OCR translation?

Yes. Merge the documents first, then upload the combined file and choose OCR mode if the pages are scanned or image-based.

Does merging change the page quality?

No compression is applied by this tool. It combines pages while preserving the source PDF content as closely as the browser library allows.

Can I reorder files after selecting them?

The current tool uses the selected order. If the order is wrong, clear the list and select the PDFs again in the correct sequence.
